SECTION THREE - REFLECTION & WORK COMPLETED
As my capstone experience at the Women's Resource Center (WRC) comes to an end, I want to express my gratitude toward Amy Finkenbine and Genera Fields. Amy and Genera made every moment at the Women's Resource Center insightful and educational while providing me with complete independence and creative control of my experience as the WRC's social media manager. I learned so many invaluable lessons about social media management, graphic design, and most importantly, diversity and inclusivity.
I'm extremely proud of myself for taking full advantage of the tools and resources provided by the Women's Resource Center to make the most of my capstone experience. The resources provided by the WRC allowed me to work hard to implement a new content segment for the WRC's social media presence. I'm most proud that the hours of planning, interviewing, designing, and editing resulted in a new segment called "Women of EMU" that serves to showcase the divergent women at Eastern Michigan University.
